Giuseppe Morici is the CEO of Bolton Group, an Italian multinational and family-owned company founded by Joseph Nissim in Milan in 1949. Bolton Group produces and distributes over 50 leading brands in more than 150 countries worldwide, including Rio Mare, Borotalco, Neutro Roberts, Omino Bianco, UHU and Collistar. Bolton Group has a clear growth strategy based on the social mission of business and the environmental sustainability. Giuseppe Morici began his career in the marketing department at Procter & Gamble in 1995 before working his way up in roles in the health and personal care category. He moved into strategic consultancy in 2001 with Monitor Group, a consultancy firm founded my Michael Porter. Giuseppe Morici joined Bolton Group as the General Manager of Bolton Food in Italy in 2006 before moving to the Barilla Group in 2008. He stayed with Barilla for nearly 10 years, first as the General Director of the Bakery division and later as the Group’s Chief Marketing Officer and finally the President of the European Region. He returned to Bolton Group in 2018 as CEO of the Bolton Food Business Unit, the largest in the Group, operating in the tuna and meat sector. Giuseppe Morici joined the Bolton Group Board of Directors in 2020 as Group CEO. Born in Umbria, Italy Giuseppe Morici is married with three children. He has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from LUISS in Rome and a master’s degree in Marketing.
Giuseppe Morici is Vice-President of Centromarca, the Italian association of the brand sector. He is the author of two books, published by Feltrinelli: Fare marketing rimanendo brave persone.
